The name and phone number you enter on this page stay here until you choose to send your message to Seren. Opening Messages prepares a draft for you to review and send.

When you message Seren, we receive your phone number or messaging address, the messages you send, and the name and city you share. We use this information to respond, determine access and manage your city waitlist preferences. We don’t sell your information.

Sending a request continues through Seren’s existing conversation. It does not guarantee access or a place on the waitlist. Your existing access and preferences still apply.

Text STOP to stop messages. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to mehdy@textseren.co.
